Where it all Started.

The Collective Experience was the vision of Ed McNeil, Present & CEO of Lodging Media, back in 2011 to create the Lodging HR & Diversity Summit bringing together hotel owners, executives, HR professionals, thought leaders, and academics in a campus-like setting to discuss the importance of diversity within the hospitality industry.  The conference evolved from 2011 to 2020 in Boston, Georgetown, Crystal City, and Philadelphia.  Ed McNeil established a forum for frank discussions for Tourism and Hospitality leaders to network and learn why diversity ownership and leadership are vital to future generations of the lodging industry.
